Women That Win

This will not be a weekend full of lectures but rather an event focused on to the attendee, building and strengthening sisterhood, refuel ourselves, and renew how we view ourselves and be the best version of ourselves that God created us to and called us to be. We will aim to cover issues that are affecting you in different areas of your life that are holding you back from greatness!

Topics included but not limited to:

  • Discussing topics we don't share because we are afraid of judgement or we are the only ones that have experienced it
  • Forgiveness and forgiving
  • Dealing with loss
  • Mental health challenges
  • Facing and conquering failure
  • Managing relationships
  • Parenthood - being a great mother despite our circumstances
  • Being a spouse if we never saw a successful marriage
  • Finding your purpose and beginning the journey to pursue it
  • Dealing with hurt and getting past it
  • Building and maintaining the right associations
  • Building a financial legacy
  • Choosing ourselves and understanding it is ok
  • Loving ourselves and accepting love
  • Renewing how we view ourselves and restart the journey of being the best version of ourselves that God created us to and called us to be

Shaneé McCambry is a successful entrepreneur and as COO and 1st lady of Novae, currently leads one of the fastest growing companies in America, according to Inc Magazine. She is the mother of three children and has been married for 15 years. Mrs. McCambry started her career in education as a middle grades educator and was able to utilize her passion for educating to inspire adults to succeed in all areas of life with a particular passion for helping women succeed on the highest levels in all areas of life.. As a highly sought after keynote speaker, Mrs. McCambry has addressed crowds of thousands and motivated and mentored many over the years.

Mrs. McCambry has led several Women that Win workshops over the years but this event will be like no other Women that Win she has hosted. Each event in the past has been sold out and has been packed with several women inspiring and pouring into women from the stage. This weekend will be filled with every woman in attendance being able to contribute and or getting support with any issues they may bring to the sessions. More breakthroughs are projected from this weekend’s event than all the other previous weekend events combined.

Dr. Faye Weems-Singleton (Dr. Faye)
Licensed Marriage, Family, and Pyschotherapist

Dr. Faye is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), psychotherapist and pastoral counselor practicing in Norcross/Peachtree Corners, Georgia and providing Telehealth from Lithonia, Georgia. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Psychology of Religion and Pastoral Care and Counseling at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Faye earned both the Doctor of Theology Degree in Pastoral Counseling and the Master of Divinity Degree in Pastoral Care from the Interdenominational Theological Center. She also has an earned Master of Science Degree in Communication and Counseling from the Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

As a sole proprietor of her licensed therapy practice, Dr. Faye specializes in African American men and women's issues, family systems and dynamics, relationships, trauma, life transitions, mood disorders, identity formation and spirituality. Working with individuals, couples, families and groups Dr. Faye addresses issues of depression, anxiety, identity formation, trauma, race, and spirituality and she provides pre-marital, marital and relationship counseling for all persons.

Experienced in both undergraduate and graduate teaching, Dr. Faye teaches master’s level and doctorate courses in Pastoral Care and Counseling, Theology, Research and Methodology, Intercultural Dialogue, Sex and Trauma. Dr. Faye Weems-Singleton has distinguished herself for her teaching, research, and counsel as she continues the work of her dissertation titled, “A Theology of the Umbilical Cord: A Womanist Approach to Counseling African American Men” explored how the relationship of the African American man to his mother impacts his relationship with women. Her research also explored and continues to explore the use of the maternal self when counseling African American men. Dr. Faye’s research in the African American community, particular with the African American male has contributed highly to her ability to effectively counsel and instruct both men and women from diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds.

Dr. Faye works from an Africentric perspective of the sacred in both her counseling practice and in the classroom. She believes that an understanding of the self and the self in relationship to God, the ultimate Divine presence, is essential to mental wellness. Dr. Faye works tirelessly to integrate this understanding of the self in all of her work, as she also stresses the need to understand and live out the sanctity of rest and balance.
